【摘要】:ThegoaloftheNon-repudiationserviceistogenerate,collect,maintain,makeavailableandvalidateevidenceconcerningaclaimedeventoractioninordertoresolvedisputesabouttheoccurrenceornonoccurrenceoftheeventoraction.ThispartofISO/IEC13888specifiesmechanismsfortheprovisionofsomespecific,communi-cationrelatednon-repudiationservicesusingasymmetrictechniques.Non-repudiationmechanismsarespecifiedtoestablishthefollowingnon-repudiationservices:-non-repudiationoforigin,-non-repudiationofdelivery,-non-repudiationofsubmission,-non-repudiationoftransport.Non-repudiationmechanismsinvolvetheexchangeofnon-repudiationtokensspecificforeachnon-repudiationservice.Non-repudiationtokensconsistofdigitalsignaturesandadditionaldata.Non-repudiationtokensshallbestoredasnon-repudiationinformationthatmaybeusedsubsequentlyincaseofdisputes.Dependingonthenon-repudiationpolicyineffectforaspecificapplication,andthelegalenvironmentwithinwhichtheapplicationoperates,additionalinformationmaybere-quiredtocompletethenon-repudiationinformation,e.g.,-evidenceincludingatrustedtimestampprovidedbyaTimeStampingAuthority,-evidenceprovidedbyanotarywhichprovidesas-suranceabouttheactionoreventperformedbyoneormoreentities.Non-repudiationcanonlybeprovidedwithinthecontextofaclearlydefinedsecuritypolicyforaparticularapplicationanditslegalenvironment.Non-repudiationpoliciesaredescribedinthemultipartStandardofSecurityFrameworksforopensystems-Part4:Non-repudiationFramework,ISO/IEC10181-4.
