【摘要】:General:4.1.1Samplingisequallyasimportantasthetesting,andthesamplershalltakeeveryprecautiontoobtainsamplesthatwillyieldanacceptableestimateofthenatureandconditionsofthematerialswhichtheyrepresent.4.1.2Samplesforthedevelopmentofpreliminarydataareobtainedbythepartyresponsibleforthedevelopmentofthedata.Samplesforcontroloftheproductatthesourceofmanufactureorstorage,oratthesiteofuse,areobtainedbythemanufacturer,contractor,orotherpartiesresponsibleforaccomplishingthework.Samplesforteststobeusedinacceptanceorrejectiondecisionsbythepurchaserareobtainedbythepurchaserorhisauthorizedrepresentative.1.1Thispracticecoverssamplingofbituminouspavingmixturesatpointsofmanufacture,storage,delivery,orinplace.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareprovidedforinformationpurposesonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
